Warranty Terms & Conditions
Hardware Warranty Claims – must be made within the warranty period and any repairs effected during that time unless agreed to by Online Laptops. Hardware Warranty – covers repair or hardware/components sold by Online Laptops Only. It does not cover software faults or corrupted file systems due to Operating System upgrades/updates or software configuration errors. Any changes to hardware/software configuration and added components not installed by Online Laptops will void warranty and no warranty service will be provided. Acts of misuse, accidental or deliberate damage, or foreign objects/substances entering the item will void warranty and no service will be provided. Consumable Items – are not covered by warranty e.g. Projector Lamps, Laptop Batteries & Laptop Adapters.
Please Note: If an item is returned and no faults are found a service fee of R480.00 applies.
